After some time of waiting, the new brand of Xiaomi, Redmi, has gathered the press for what could be the last of its models of this new generation of devices, the seventh based on its own generation. The Redmi Note 7 arrived, later the Note 7 Pro arrived and now we have the economic line among us. The Redmi 7 is finally an official telephone .
From this model we had also had previous leaks and Redmi has been responsible for confirming them practically all, although some seem to have stayed by the way. What is clear is that we have here a new phone of 6.26 inches and aspect 19: 9 in addition to moderate power and offered by the Snapdragon 632 . But let’s see more in depth how the new Redmi 7 of Xiaomi behaves.

Indeed, the Snapdragon 632 makes its appearance aboard a Xiaomi model. An eight-core processor designed to offer good performance with some concessions, for that we move in the economic lines of the market. Here we have it supported by 2GB, 3GB or 4GB of RAM, to choose, and by 16GB, 32GB or 64GB in the storage section. With microSD, yes.
On the screen we came across a 6.26-inch panel that underwent a remarkable change compared to 5.45 inches in the previous generation. The panel, with aspect 19: 9, has HD + resolution, which means that we will have 1520 pixels high by 720 pixels wide. Remember that we are in the economic lines, and here we usually offer high definition without more names and surnames.
Looking at the cameras we find a dual device consisting of a main lens of 12 megapixels and a secondary of 2 megapixels . The latter has a unique function, that of taking depth readings to offer bokeh in the photographs. On the front, 8 megapixels for selfies, and all spiced up by artificial intelligence added to the device.
For the battery, a no-surprise because we have before us an internal battery of 4,000 mAh . It may offer us a couple of days of autonomy without too many problems, carrying a screen that should consume little. We also have WiFi 4, Bluetooth, FM radio, headphone jack and rear fingerprint reader.

The new Redmi 7 arrives, as we have commented, in three modalities composed by each variant in RAM and internal storage that the manufacturer has put in circulation. Thus, we have a model with 2GB / 16GB, another with 3GB / 32GB and another superior with 4GB / 64GB. The prices for each of the variants are shown below.
