A police patrol detained a driver who was driving his vehicle Сhеvrоlеt Соrvеttе for 192 miles (309 km/h) at a place where 60 (97 km/h) was allowed to drive in Snohomish County, Washington. The visibly drunk driver explained to the police that he was in a hurry for lunch and that he was talking about a 31-year-old man.
The “hungry” driver was spotted on US 2 Highway at 7:45 a.m. Sunday. The car he was driving was a Soviet S6 from 2008 with no visible modifications. Two versions of the model, Z06 and ZR1, can develop this speed.
Given that the ZR1 is a rare car, the most likely silver is the Соrvеttе Z06 with a 7.0-liter V8 with 512 horsepower and 637 Nm.
Whatever the car was, there is no doubt about it. The starving driver will answer in court after “night heroism” on charges of gross violation of the rules and driving in an unpunished condition.
